• One-Time Payment Plan

For our annual subscription plan:

• Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rated basis
• The pro-rated refund amount will be based on the unused portion of your subscription
• The calculation starts from the date of the refund request
• Any used portion of the service will be deducted from the refund amount
• Processing time for subscription refunds is typically 5-10 business days

For our one-time payment plan:

• Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day window
• After the 30-day period, refunds will not be available
• All refund requests must include a reason for the refund
• Processing time for one-time payment refunds is typically 5-10 business days

• Navigate to the Billing section
• Click on "Request Refund"
• Fill out the refund request form
• Provide a reason for your refund request

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Evidence of fraud or abuse
• For one-time payments, requests made after the 30-day window
• Account termination due to policy violations
